File Upload Guidelines
Upload Your Artwork
Uploading your artwork is quick and easy.
Simply use the Upload File button on the product page before adding your item to the cart. Your files will automatically be attached to your order for our design team to review.
Recommended File Formats
Vector Files (Best Quality)
- AI
- EPS
Image Files
- JPG
- PNG
- TIFF
- PSD
Artwork Quality
For the best printing results, we recommend:
- Vector artwork whenever possible
- Minimum 100 DPI at final print size
- 300 DPI recommended for raster images
- CMYK color mode preferred
Every file is reviewed before production. If we identify any quality concerns, we'll contact you before printing.
Very Large Files
If your artwork is too large to upload through our website, simply upload it to your preferred cloud storage service, such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, iCloud, or another file-sharing platform, and send us the download link along with your order number.
Please make sure the sharing permission is set so we can access the files.
Proof Approval
Once we receive your order and artwork, our design team will prepare a digital proof.
Most proofs are sent within 1–2 business hours during normal business hours.
Production begins only after we receive your written approval.
