Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply select your product, choose the size and options, upload your artwork, and complete your payment online.

After your order is received, one of our designers will review your files and send you a digital proof by email, typically within 1–2 business hours.

You may request revisions or approve the proof by replying to the email.

Production begins only after we receive your written approval.


What is the "Special Instructions" box?

Use the Special Instructions box to tell us anything important about your order.

Examples include:

  • Preferred layout
  • Color preferences
  • Text placement
  • Design requests
  • Packaging instructions
  • Any additional comments

Our designers will carefully review your notes before preparing your proof.


Can I place an order by phone?

No.

For security reasons, all orders must be placed through our website.

If you experience any issues during checkout, please contact us by email or text and we'll gladly assist you.


Can I receive a proof before placing an order?

Unfortunately, no.

Our design process begins only after an order has been placed.

Once your order is received, we'll prepare a proof for your approval before printing.


Shipping & Turnaround

How long does production take?

Most orders are printed and shipped within one business day after proof approval.

Many standard orders approved before our daily production cutoff qualify for same-day production.


Can my order ship the same day?

Yes.

Orders placed early in the day and approved before our production deadline are often shipped the same business day.

If your project is time-sensitive, please contact us before ordering.


Do you offer blind shipping?

Yes.

We can ship directly to your customer with no invoice, promotional materials, or LeeSignworks branding inside the package.

Please mention Blind Shipping in the Special Instructions.


Can I use my own FedEx account?

Yes.

Simply provide your FedEx account number and billing ZIP code after placing your order.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Product size
  • Quantity
  • Shipping method

You'll always see the shipping cost before completing your purchase.


When will I receive my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping service selected during checkout.


Artwork & File Preparation

What file formats do you accept?

Preferred Vector Files

  • PDF
  • AI
  • EPS

Accepted Image Files

  • JPG
  • PNG
  • TIFF

Vector artwork always produces the best print quality.


What resolution should my artwork be?

For best results:

  • Minimum 100 DPI at final print size
  • Recommended 300 DPI whenever possible

Low-resolution web images are generally not suitable for large-format printing.


Which color mode should I use?

Please prepare artwork in CMYK color mode whenever possible.

RGB artwork will be converted before printing, which may result in slight color variations.


How do I upload my artwork?

Upload your files directly on the product page before completing checkout.

If your files are too large, you may email them after placing your order.

Please include your order number in your email so we can match the files to your order.


My uploaded image looks blurry. Will it print that way?

If your image appears blurry when zoomed in on your computer, it will likely print blurry as well.

Our team reviews every file before printing and will notify you if we identify any quality concerns.


Will you check my artwork before printing?

Absolutely.

Every order is reviewed by our design team before production.

If we notice any issues with resolution, sizing, or print quality, we'll contact you before printing.


Custom Orders

Can you print custom sizes?

Yes.

If you need a size that isn't listed on our website, we'd be happy to help.

For banners with one side measuring 2', 3', 4', or 5' and the other side exceeding 20 feet, please contact us for a custom quote.


Can I order large quantities?

Absolutely.

We offer competitive pricing for bulk and wholesale orders.
