Welcome to LeeSignworks. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with LeeSignworks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, along with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and other published policies.

2. Custom Printed Products

All printed products sold by LeeSignworks are custom manufactured specifically for each customer.

Because every order is produced according to customer specifications, custom printed products cannot be resold or returned unless a manufacturing error or production defect is confirmed.

3. Customer Artwork Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for all artwork, text, logos, images, trademarks, and other materials submitted for printing.

By uploading artwork, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights or have permission to use all submitted materials.
  • Your artwork does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
  • Your files comply with all applicable laws.

LeeSignworks is not responsible for copyright violations resulting from customer-submitted artwork.

4. Proof Approval

Before production begins, customers will receive a digital proof for review.

Production begins only after written approval has been received.

Once a proof has been approved, LeeSignworks is not responsible for customer-approved errors, including but not limited to:

  • Spelling
  • Grammar
  • Phone numbers
  • Addresses
  • Colors
  • Layout
  • Sizing
  • Missing information

Please review your proof carefully before approval.

5. Artwork Quality

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork.

For the best results, we recommend:

  • Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS)
  • Minimum 100 DPI at final print size
  • 300 DPI recommended for raster images
  • CMYK color mode

Although our team reviews every file before printing, LeeSignworks cannot improve the quality of low-resolution artwork supplied by customers.

6. Color Variations

Colors displayed on computer monitors and mobile devices may differ from printed colors.

Minor color variations between digital proofs, monitors, and final printed products are normal and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

LeeSignworks cannot guarantee exact color matching.

7. Product Size Tolerance

Due to manufacturing processes such as hemming, trimming, sewing, and finishing, finished products may vary by approximately ±1 inch from the ordered size.

This is considered an industry-standard production tolerance.

8. Production Time

Standard production begins after:

  • Payment has been received.
  • Artwork has been approved.

Most orders are produced and shipped the same business day or within 1 business day after payment has been completed and the digital proof has been approved in writing. Production times may vary depending on order volume, product type, customization requirements, or special materials.

Estimated production times are not guaranteed.

9. Shipping

LeeSignworks ships within the United States using FedEx or UPS.

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier.

LeeSignworks is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

10. Order Changes and Cancellation

Customers may request order changes or cancellation before artwork approval.
If a digital proof has already been prepared and sent, a cancellation is subject to the 15% Artwork Preparation Fee described in our Refund Policy.
Once the digital proof has been approved and production has begun, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded, except in cases where LeeSignworks made a production error or the product is defective.

11. Returns and Refunds

  • Artwork Preparation Fee

12. Limitation of Liability

LeeSignworks' liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the affected product.

Under no circumstances shall LeeSignworks be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, missed event dates, or other financial losses resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, product photographs, graphics, text, and designs created by LeeSignworks, remains the property of LeeSignworks and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

14. Acceptable Content

LeeSignworks reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any order containing content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, obscene, discriminatory, threatening, or infringes upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use all submitted artwork and materials.

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Policy Updates

LeeSignworks reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
