Turnaround Time
Most orders are produced and shipped the same business day or within 1 business day after:
- Payment has been completed, and
- The digital proof has been approved in writing.
Production time begins only after proof approval. Orders requiring revisions, custom finishing, large quantities, or special materials may require additional production time.
Shipping
LeeSignworks ships orders from the Atlanta, Georgia area using FedEx.
We currently ship only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Important Shipping Information
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
- Weekends and holidays are not counted as production or carrier transit days.
- Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination, package size, weight, and selected service.
- Carriers may apply additional handling fees to oversized packages, especially packages longer than 48 inches.
- Ground shipping provides an estimated delivery date but does not guarantee arrival on a specific date.
- LeeSignworks is responsible for producing and shipping the order within the stated turnaround time. We are not responsible for carrier delays after the package has been accepted by FedEx.
- If your order must arrive by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to request an express or guaranteed shipping option. We will confirm the available service and additional cost.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
FedEx may charge an address correction or rerouting fee when an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted. Any address correction fee charged by the carrier may be billed to the customer.
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.
Shipping Delays
Delivery may be delayed because of circumstances outside our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Carrier service interruptions
- Holiday shipping volume
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Transportation or regional delivery disruptions
During the peak holiday season, approximately November 21 through January 2, customers should allow an additional 1–2 business days or more, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.
LeeSignworks is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please allow the carrier time to scan and update the package after the shipping label has been created.
Local Pickup
Most orders are shipped via FedEx for fast and reliable delivery.
If you prefer to pick up your order, simply select Local Pickup during checkout.
Pickup is available by appointment near Cumberland Mall in Atlanta, Georgia.
Pickup hours are generally between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday. Pickup times may be adjusted based on our production schedule and workload.
Once your order is ready, we'll contact you by email or text to arrange a convenient pickup time and provide detailed pickup instructions. Please do not arrive before receiving pickup confirmation.
The exact pickup location and instructions will be provided after your order is completed and confirmed.
