Refund Policy

At LeeSignworks, every order is custom-produced with great attention to detail. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and if we make a mistake, we'll make it right.


Our Mistake? We'll Reprint It — Free.

If an error is caused by LeeSignworks, we'll provide a 100% free reprint at no additional cost.

Examples include:

  • A spelling or layout error introduced by our designer
  • The finished product does not match the approved proof
  • You received a different product or size than you ordered.
  • A manufacturing defect caused during production

Please notify us as soon as possible and include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.


Artwork Preparation Fee

Our design team begins reviewing and preparing your artwork immediately after your order is placed.

If you choose to cancel your order after a digital proof has been prepared and sent, a 15% Artwork Preparation Fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the design work already completed.

Example

  • Order Total: $100.00
  • Artwork Preparation Fee: $15.00
  • Refund: $85.00

Proof Approval

Please review your proof carefully before approving it.

Production begins only after your written approval.

Once a proof has been approved, LeeSignworks is not responsible for customer-approved errors, including:

  • Spelling
  • Grammar
  • Phone numbers
  • Addresses
  • Colors
  • Layout
  • Sizing

If you discover an error after approving the proof, we'll gladly reprint your order at 25% off the original purchase price.


Hardware Warranty

If your hardware arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery, we'll replace the defective part(s) at no charge.

Please contact us with photos of the damaged or defective hardware.


Hardware Returns

Unused hardware may be returned and is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

To qualify, hardware must be:

  • Unused
  • In like-new condition
  • Returned with all original components and packaging

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected.


Non-Returnable Products

Because every printed item is produced specifically for your order, the following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Vinyl Banners
  • Mesh Banners
  • Retractable Banners
  • X-Banners
  • Step & Repeat Backdrops
  • Table Covers
  • Table Throws
  • Window Graphics
  • Yard Signs
  • Posters
  • Stickers
  • All other custom-printed products

Please review your artwork carefully before approving your proof.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly with photos of both the product and the packaging.

We'll evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.


Sale Items

Clearance items, promotional products, gift cards, and other marked-down items are not eligible for return or refund.


Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, exchanges are generally unavailable.

If an exchange is necessary due to a production error by LeeSignworks, we'll gladly replace the item at no additional cost.


Refund Processing

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
